The Taiwanese chipsets maker TSMC has been revealed to be the sole makers of new iPhone A13 chipsets for iPhones to debut in 2019. Reports have shown that TSMC has already begun trial production of the new SoC and will commence mass production by the end of May.
The new A13 chipsets will be made on the 7nm technology and will have enhanced Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) lithography. So we are to expect improved battery performance and cutting edge technology in the upcoming A13 chipsets.
Reports also reveal that Apple will continue it’s release cycle of last year by launching three new high end smartphones; successors to the XS and XS Max and an update to XR. The new trio will have identical designs perculiar to iPhones. The only exception is that they are coming with triple cameras at the back with an ultrawide sensor and the XR successor getting a second telephoto lens.
New iPhones coming this 2019 will get a power sharing feature that will enable users to wirelessly charge their accessories like the latest generation Airpods. See 2019-iphone-release-news for more features coming to iPhones this 2019.
