OnePlus 7 review

Look forward to launching of the new OnePlus 7 on the 14th of this month with a price range of $549 to $599. The smartphone has exciting new features that are lacking in the OnePlus 6T of last year.

The release will have a major shake up of OnePlus sales in the positive direction. The OnePlus 7 Pro version will be released a later date.

Design and display

Looking somewhat like the OnePlus 6T, but with smaller screen size. It will have a tiny dew drop bezel around a 6.4″ full HD+ AMOLED 60Hz display. A 2340 × 1080pixels screen quality to give Ultra bright display.

Coming with a pop up selfie camera in a bid to achieve bezelless display and a glass back with water resistant feature.

We are expecting an array of brilliant colours such as the Almond and Nebula Blue.

OS and Performance

Coming with Android 9 pie, the smartphone has a RAM range of 8 – 10GB and 128 – 256GB of internal storage. Expecting an Octa-core 2.8GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and Adreno 640 GPU.

Camera

The OnePlus 7 is coming with dual rear cameras, unlike speculated rumours of triple camera. A 48mp f/1.7 aperture + 5mp lenses to do the snapping homework.

Battery

Although coming with a lesser battery capacity of 3700mAh, unlike the Pro version that will spot a 4150mAh battery. The OnePlus 7 sports a 20W fast charging feature.

These are the expected features in review of the upcoming OnePlus 7 on 14th of May.

I will update this post when any new news filters in. Meanwhile what’s your opinion on the coming smartphone, drop your comments below.
